1. Re-clean first
Most issues are resolved with a free return visit. If any area does not meet our standard, tell us within 24 hours and we will re-clean it at no charge.
2. Refunds
If we cannot resolve the issue after a return visit, we will refund the affected portion of the job. Refunds are processed back to the same payment method and clear within 5–7 working days.
3. Advance payments
The 50% advance is refundable in full if you cancel more than 24 hours before the booked time. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be retained at our discretion.
