When you request a quote or book a cleaning through our forms, WhatsApp, or phone, we collect the details you provide — your name, WhatsApp/phone number, the service you need, the size and location of your space, and any notes you share. We do not collect payment-card details; advance payments are arranged directly with you.
2. How we use your information
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and carry out the cleaning, and follow up on the job. We may message you about your booking, a completed clean, or to request a review. We do not sell your data to anyone.
3. WhatsApp & phone contact
Contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone means your number is visible to our team for the purpose of arranging service. Message and call logs are kept only as needed to manage your booking.
4. Cookies & analytics
This website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help visitors most. Analytics does not identify you personally.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to delete the personal details we hold about you by messaging on WhatsApp or emailing cleannestclub@gmail.com. We will action the request promptly.
