1. Booking & quotes
Every job is quoted individually based on the size, condition and type of space. The price we quote on WhatsApp is the price you pay — no hidden charges. Your booking is confirmed once you approve the quote.
2. Payment
We ask for a 50% advance to confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due after the job is completed to your satisfaction. We do not collect card details through the website.
3. Access & preparation
You agree to provide safe access to the space and to secure valuables, cash and fragile items. We bring all equipment and eco-friendly products.
4. Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with any part of the clean, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge.
5. Rescheduling & cancellation
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the booked time at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours may forfeit the advance, at our discretion.
